A 7-step worksheet to turn any stuck moment

into something your brain can actually do.

A 7-step worksheet to turn any stuck moment into something your brain can actually do.

If you can't start — it's not because you're lazy.

If you can't stay consistent — it's not because you don't care.

If you keep restarting — it's not because you lack discipline.

Your brain needs dopamine.

Your nervous system needs safety.

Your mind needs the right conditions to switch on.

Your mind needs the right conditions

to switch on.

When you change the way you do the task, you change what your brain is able to do.

When you change the way

you do the task, you change what

your brain is able to do.

THE FRAMEWORK

7 steps to get unstuck

Each step is designed for the ADHD and autistic nervous system — not

willpower, not punishment. Just the right conditions.

What are you stuck on?

willpower, not punishment. Just the right conditions.

Make it tiny

Your brain needs quick wins to build dopamine. Write one sentence. Open one tab. Start badly on purpose. One tiny step is enough.

Add dopamine first

Music, a cosy space, a snack, a body double — pick at least two dopamine boosters before you begin. Not as a reward. As fuel.

Create urgency

ADHD brains respond to urgency, not importance. Use a 5-minute timer, a sprint, or tell someone you're starting right now.

Turn it into a game

Points, streaks, a checklist, a reward ready — dopamine increases with challenge and reward. Make the task play.

Nervous system check

Overstimulated or understimulated? The AuDHD-friendly check-in helps you find what your nervous system actually needs to regulate.

Celebrate completion

Your brain needs to feel success. Tick it off, say DONE out loud, message someone, add it to your wins list. Completion dopamine matters.
